Just in time for the warming weather, we're pleased to release this light and refreshing farmhouse ale to get you through those drawn-out summer evenings on the patio. Another rustic ale brewed almost entirely with Oregon-grown ingredients, each bottle is an ode to our region and the bounty it provides.
Summer Breeze is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye from both Mecca Grade in Central Oregon and Camas Country Mill right down the road in Junction City. Fermented with Brettanomyces and dry-hopped with Crosby Estate Comet hops to add notes of tropical fruit and citrus, this beer pairs perfectly with good food, close friends, and a warm summer breeze.
Barrels: French oak barrels & foeders
ABV: 5.5%
Microbes: Brettanomyces blend
Pairing Suggestions: Flatbread with Muhammara dip, grilled snapper with lemon and dill, cacio e pepe with fresh asparagus, lemon shortbread cookies
