Generous additions of locally roasted cocoa from Eugene’s Chocolate Alchemy accentuate the base stout's already deep notes of rich chocolate and roasty coffee. We then finished the beer with a splash of peppermint extract from Portland's Angel Bake, made from peppermint grown right here in the Willamette Valley.
Spicy peppermint and rich chocolate layer over barrel-induced vanillins and notes of smooth bourbon to offer a very Alesong take on the classic combo.
