2022 Dundee Hills Pinot Gris
After seven years of creating award-winning barrel-aged beers, we are launching a wine program with this first release: an effervescent and refreshing, oak-aged, Pinot Gris.
Sourcing incredible fruit from the Dundee Hills AVA, and aging the wine in French oak barrels, we look to maintain the standard of quality and complexity that we’ve established over the years with our award-winning beers.
The finished wine is dry and mildly acidic with a beautiful fruit character, mild oak flavor, and lightly spritzy carbonation, making it exceedingly food friendly.
