For this beer, we highlight some incredible merlot grapes from Weinbau Vineyards in the Columbia Valley AVA of Southern Washington against a blend of blond mixed culture beers. A stunning garnet-colored beer fills your glass with deep and complex flavors of cherry and plum, balanced against a mild acidity and firm tannins.
