After aging our blonde, sour ale in French oak barrels, we spontaneously refermented it in an American oak foeder, where it rested on whole, tree ripened nectarines from Detering Orchards. Bright, juicy fruit and lively acidity intertwine, while gentle oak and earthy undertones provide a soft, grounding finish.
