This brand-new Rhino Suit variant elevates our flagship imperial milk stout to a whole new level of dessert indulgence! Generous additions of locally roasted cocoa from Eugene’s Chocolate Alchemy accentuate the base stout's already deep notes of rich chocolate and roasty coffee. We then finished the beer with a splash of peppermint extract from Portland's Angel Bake, made from peppermint grown right here in the Willamette Valley.

Spicy peppermint and rich chocolate layer over barrel-induced vanillins and notes of smooth bourbon to offer a very Alesong take on the classic combo.
