Moon on Their Wings
-
Following Bright Copper Kettles in our “Favorite Things” series of wine-beer hybrids, this blend of tart blonde ales co-fermented with Grenache grapes from Quail Run Vineyard in southern Oregon. Aged in French oak, this beer pours a deep crimson and bursts with notes of ripe berries layered with white pepper and balanced by a complex tannin structure.
