We took a dry, French-style saison fermented with brettanomyces, aged it in Old Tom gin barrels from Oregon-local Ransom Spirits and then conditioned it on heaps of fresh lemon zest, creating a crisp and citrusy beverage with a complex medley of herbal notes from Ransom's unique botanical blend.
