  • Next up in our “Favorite Things” series is a blend of tart blonde ales, co-fermented with Malbec grapes from Quail Run’s Sophie Vineyard in Southern Oregon. Bright Copper Kettles pours a stunning crimson that previews the bold flavors to come: Classic notes of blackberry and cherry are balanced by a complex tannin structure from the oak aging and fermentation on the wine grapes.
