Engage with Alesong: Oregon Wild
For the month of December, we’re partnering with Oregon Wild, to whom we’ll donate 25% of proceeds from all sales of Alesong’s juicy farmhouse ale, Silver Lining, to support their mission of protecting and restoring Oregon's wildlands, wildlife, and waters - including ancient forests that safeguard our climate, and the rivers and streams that provide water for making great beer.
“As the single largest ingredient, great water is obviously important for making great beer, so this month’s partnership is especially important to us here at Alesong” says co-founder Doug Coombs. “We’re incredibly blessed with natural resources and local ingredients here in Oregon; All those amazing resources enable us to make beers that are recognized on a national level, and it definitively starts with water!”
ABOUT THE ENGAGE WITH ALESONG PROGRAM: For the Engage with Alesong program, local organizations are nominated and voted on collectively by Alesong staff members to focus support to twelve different causes throughout the calendar year. Alesong will host these organizations for outreach events at their tasting room in the 5th Street Public Market each month and donate a portion of proceeds from a specific beer throughout the whole month to the organization.
